Assembled Products operates its 80,000 square foot facility in Buffalo Grove, IL utilizing a practical approach to Lean Manufacturing.  This philosophy is put into practice at all phases of each new project beginning with the development of your product quotation.

All requests for quotation undergo a cross-functional team analysis for feasibility, manufacturing optimization and cost reduction.  Each of these elements strives to provide you with the lowest total cost of procurement.

Prior to production launch, all new products are once again scrutinized by a diversified team of Engineers, Quality, Sales and Operation professionals. The team comes to a consensus as to the most appropriate methods and tooling to be applied to the manufacturing processes.  Following product launch, Kaizen events are utilized for continuous improvements.  Throughout the entire process the following lean tools are employed:
